1)Total money/currency in the system.
2)Total amount of resources or Supply.
3)Demand
Let us consider an example:-
Let the population in a system (P) = 100
Amount of money in the system (M) = 500$
Resources/supply(S) =50 bags of wheat.
Then what should be the fair price of a bag of wheat in such a system?
